Yesterday the wife of U.S. Rep. Bill Young (R-FL) hinted that she favors Marco Rubio in the U.S. Senate race against Florida Republican Gov. Charlie Crist. Young and his wife came to Florida for an event featuring Rubio.
Her husband said that he “steers clear of primary endorsements” and the same goes for his wife Beverly.
“I love Marco,’’ she gushed.
“She’s not endorsing either,” said the congressman, ushering her away.
“I love Marco,’’ she repeated before disappearing out the door.
Worse still is that she said this in Pinellas County, Crist’s own home county.
Ouch. Not good coming from his own congressman.
Can you say: ““Scozzafaveed”?
