Blue Dog Rep. Mike Ross (D-Ark.) is yet another member of Congress standing in the way of health care reform with a public option.
Not only is he not supporting it, he’s bragging about holding the health care bill “hostage.”
He’s also received advertising support from PhRMA for $2.5 million.
Polling in his district shows a majority of his constituents are in favor of and want the public option.
However, he claims he doesn’t support a public option because his constituents don’t want one.
Democrats in Arkansas should know exactly whose interests Ross is representing, don’t you think?
